Conference Rules and Regulations:
This contract reserves an exhibitor space at the MAADS Annual Conference on May 9, 2024. (Please indicate your sponsorship level on page one.)
- Exhibitors should plan on setting up their booth at 7:30 a.m. Conference registration begins at 8 a.m.
- All exhibitors are required to remain during the entire length of the conference day, which is from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Lunch is provided as described in the selected package.
- Payment is nonrefundable.
- If the event is cancelled for reasons beyond the control of MAADS, no monies will be refunded.
- Please indicate if power is needed.
